Recruiting and workforce
Hiring run like an operation: a clear intake, vetted recruiting partners, and MedPro screening every candidate before you see them.
The problem
Why this work exists.
Healthcare hiring fails in the same places every time: a job description nobody agreed on, a pile of unscreened resumes, and a process slow enough that good candidates take another offer. MedPro runs recruiting the way it runs everything else — as an operation with owners, stages, and dates.
Terms are set per search agreement.
How an engagement runs
From assessment to cadence.
- 01
Role intake
Before anything is posted, we agree on what the role actually does, what it pays, who it reports to, and what a strong candidate looks like. That definition gets signed off so later disagreement is caught early.
- 02
Sourcing through vetted partners
MedPro assigns searches to recruiting partners under agreement and manages them. Partners see only the searches released to them, and never another client's work.
- 03
MedPro screening
Every candidate is screened by MedPro before reaching you, with credentials verified and a written reason they are being presented. You review people, not resumes.
- 04
Through to placement
Interview coordination, offer support, start date, and guarantee tracking against the terms in your agreement. The search is not finished when someone signs.
