Everyone should be able to use this.

The MedPro Health website and portals are built against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is the standard we design and test to, and the standard we hold new work to.

• Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
• Text meets AA contrast against its background, and colour is never the only way information is conveyed — a status shows a dot and a word.
• Headings follow document order, and every form field has a real label.
• Images carry meaningful alternative text, and decorative ones are hidden.
• The mobile menu behaves as a dialog: focus moves into it, stays inside it, and returns when it closes.
• Motion is minimal, and we respect a reduced-motion preference.
• Touch targets are large enough to hit comfortably.
• Layouts work from 375px upward without horizontal scrolling.

We test with keyboard navigation, automated checks, and manual review at several screen widths. We have not completed a full independent audit or extensive testing with every assistive technology.

Some third-party content, such as the embedded scheduling tool on the booking page, is outside our direct control. Where that happens, we provide another way to reach the same outcome — on the booking page, a direct link and a contact form that we answer ourselves.

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, tell us what happened, which page, and what you were using. We treat accessibility reports as defects, not suggestions.
