Recruiting and workforce

Hiring run like an operation.

A defined role, vetted recruiting partners, and MedPro screening every candidate before you see them. Managed end to end, quoted to the actual search, and visible in your portal the whole way.

Pricing

Recruiting without the automatic percentage fee.

Every search is different. A hard-to-fill clinical leadership role should not be priced the same way as a medical assistant search, a multi-role expansion, or an ongoing workforce engagement.

MedPro does not automatically charge every employer a 20%+ placement fee based on first-year compensation. We scope recruiting around the search in front of us, and you see the quote and the guarantee terms before it begins.

What a MedPro quote is scoped around

The role
Scope, seniority, licensure, and how specific the experience has to be.
Hiring difficulty
How thin the market is for this role in your area, and how long it has been open.
Search volume
One role, several at once, or an ongoing workforce engagement.
Sourcing requirements
Whether the search is confidential, and how far outside your market we have to reach.
Screening needs
Credential verification, licensure checks, and how deep the review has to go.
Coordination
Interview logistics, panel scheduling, and how much of the process MedPro runs.
Level of MedPro support
From sourcing support to running the search end to end, including offer and onboarding.

Custom recruiting quotes. Clear terms. No surprise placement fees.

Getting a quote

Four steps, no surprises.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the search

The role, what it has cost you to leave open, and what has already been tried.

  2. 02

    We scope it

MedPro looks at the market for that role in your area and what the search will actually take.

  3. 03

    You get a written quote

The recruiting fee and the guarantee terms, in writing, before any work starts.

  4. 04

    The search begins

Nothing changes commercially after that without your agreement.

MedPro does not publish recruiting percentages, because the number depends on the search. You get yours in writing before any work starts.

Why healthcare hiring stalls

The failure is usually process.

Healthcare hiring fails in the same three places nearly every time. The job description was never agreed on, so the first three candidates are wrong. Nobody screens, so the hiring manager becomes a resume sorter. And the process is slow enough that the good candidate takes another offer while the panel is still finding a time.

None of that is a sourcing problem. MedPro runs recruiting the way it runs everything else — as an operation with owners, stages, and dates you can see.

How a search runs

Six stages, all visible to you.

  1. 01

    Role intake

We agree on what the role does, what it pays, who it reports to, and what a strong candidate looks like — in writing, signed off, before anything is posted.

  2. 02

    Sourcing

Searches are assigned to recruiting partners under agreement and managed by MedPro. Partners see only the searches released to them.

  3. 03

    MedPro screening

Every candidate is screened by MedPro first, with credentials verified and a written reason they are being presented. You review people, not resumes.

  4. 04

    Client review

Invite to interview, hold, or pass with a reason. Your decision and its date are recorded against the search so nothing sits unanswered.

  5. 05

    Interview and offer

MedPro coordinates times with the candidate, supports the offer, and keeps both sides moving while the decision is live.

  6. 06

    Placement and guarantee

Start date recorded, guarantee period tracked against the terms in your signed agreement, and a clear path if a placement does not hold.

Who this page is for

Three ways to work with us.

Healthcare employers

You have roles to fill and no capacity to run a real search. MedPro defines the role, manages the recruiting partners, screens every candidate, and follows through past the start date.

Your fee and guarantee terms are scoped to the search and confirmed in writing before it opens.

Healthcare professionals

MedPro works on specific searches for specific organizations rather than running a general resume database. If a role matches your experience, you hear about that role and who it is with.

Your information is shared with a hiring organization only for a role you have applied to, and consent is recorded with its date.

Recruiting partners

MedPro works with recruiting firms under agreement. Partners receive released searches in a partner portal, submit candidates with recorded consent, and track their own submissions and invoices.

Partners see only the searches released to them, and never another partner’s submissions or another client’s work.

Roles we recruit

Clinical and operational, across the organization.

  • Physicians and advanced practice providers
  • Physical and occupational therapists
  • Chiropractors
  • Medical assistants and clinical support
  • Front desk and patient access
  • Billing and revenue cycle
  • Practice and center administrators
  • Operations and clinic leadership

Workforce planning and staffing model work is part of the operations engagement. If the real problem is that the staffing model is wrong, we would rather fix that than fill the role twice.

Operations and growth

What it does, what it has cost you to leave open, and what has already been tried.
