What we collect, and what we do with it.

This policy applies to MedPro Health, LLC and to visitors of medprohc.com, including people who submit an inquiry, apply to a role, or sign in to the client or candidate portal.

It does not cover the separate companies listed on this site, which operate under their own policies.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, organization, and the content of your message when you submit the contact form; your name, contact details, professional background, resume, preferences, and screening answers when you apply to a role or build a candidate profile.
• Account information. If you sign in to a portal, the email address associated with your account and records of your activity in that portal.
• Basic attribution. The page you were on when you submitted a form, the website that referred you (the site’s domain only, never your browsing history), and campaign parameters if you arrived with them in the URL.
• Abuse prevention data. A one-way salted hash derived from your network address, used only to rate-limit form submissions. We do not store the address itself.
• Analytics. If website analytics are enabled, aggregated usage measurement as described below.

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, to run a search you applied to, to operate the portals, to manage our relationship with you or your organization, to keep the site secure, and to meet our legal and contractual obligations.

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list because you submitted an inquiry.

We share information with service providers that process it on our behalf so the site and the portals can function — hosting, database and authentication, analytics where enabled, and email delivery. They act on our instructions.

If you apply to a role, we share your application with the hiring organization for that role, and with a recruiting partner working that search where one is engaged. Your consent is recorded with its date on each application.

We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our people, or the security of this service.

MedPro uses the professional information you provide — your profile, your resume, and your answers to a role’s screening questions — to evaluate your applications, communicate with you about roles, and manage recruiting activity.

If you join the MedPro Talent Network, we also use it to consider you for future searches. That is a setting on your own profile, and you can turn it off at any time.

We do not sell candidate information. Your resume is held in private storage and is not publicly reachable. Only you and MedPro recruiting can open it. It reaches a hiring organization for a role you have applied to, with your consent recorded alongside the application and its date.

We do not ask for, and do not want, information unrelated to your suitability for a role. Please do not upload identity or financial documents — a resume is all we need. You can ask us to delete your candidate profile and resume at any time.

The forms on this website are for business inquiries and job applications. They are not a patient portal and are not intended for protected health information.

Do not submit patient names, medical records, clinical details, or any other identifiable patient data through this site. If you do, we will delete it. Nothing on this page should be read as a HIPAA assurance for information submitted through a public web form.

The site is served over HTTPS. Portal access requires authentication, and access to records is enforced in the database rather than in the interface, so one organization cannot reach another’s records. Files shared through the client portal are held in private storage and served only through short-lived links issued after an authorization check.

No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. We do not store card or bank details on this site.

We keep inquiries, applications, and portal records for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for, and afterwards as required for legal, tax, or contractual reasons. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Candidates can update their details at any time in the candidate portal.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law. Contact us and we will tell you how we can help.

The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, including keeping you signed in to a portal.

Where website analytics are enabled, they are used to understand aggregate usage — which pages are visited and which actions are taken — so we can improve the site. Analytics respect your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting, and we do not use them to build advertising profiles.
